Theme: Celebrate the Caribbean Spirit

July 11, 2026 | 📍 Nelson Mandela Park

Get ready to move and Celebrate the Caribbean Spirit! This year’s SICDAQ Cultural Festival celebrates the vibrant heartbeat of the Caribbean through its rich musical heritage. From the traditional rhythmic beats of conga drumming and melodic acoustic guitar, to the unmistakable, sweet energy of the steelpan, this festival honours the diverse musical rhythms and deep cultural depth rooted in the Spice Isles and beyond.

Bring the whole family for a full day of live performances, mouthwatering Caribbean cuisine, fresh coconut water, and family-friendly outdoor park activities. Whether you’re waving your flag, dancing to the beat, or enjoying the tastes of the islands, there’s something for everyone to love.

Admission is free.
